I have around 15 years of experience in Finance, Accounting and Audit, spanning Financial Controlling, Finance Management and FP&A. My industry exposure includes e-commerce, retail, F&B and logistics.

My work covers budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, pricing, profitability, financial controls and process improvement. I see finance as a business partner: understanding operations, testing assumptions and helping teams choose suitable actions.

Why I write

Rising revenue, busy outlets and high ROAS can all be good news. Each signal still needs the context of profit, cash flow and capital. I write to bring more specific financial questions to everyday business decisions.
